If you live in the UK or anywhere near it, chances are you’ve heard of the Gamucci brand of electronic cigarettes. Their advertisement presence is quite strong and you can often hear people talking about their products when discussing electronic cigarettes. Do they really work that well though? We decided to conduct some simple tests and do a short review to find out. The e-cigarette managed to live up to most of the advertisement statements, but not all – read on to find out what happened.
We can’t say anything negative about this aspect of the company – they managed to get the product to us very quickly and without any hassle. The price may seem a bit harsh compared to some other products – you can get it for around $120-130, but at least it’s justified by getting some extra goodies in the package, mostly in terms of refills.
The cigarette doesn’t resemble an actual one very much – it’s made of white plastic, elongated and shiny. However, the smoke it produces is of very high quality and should satisfy the needs of most smokers, even heavy ones with the stronger cartridges. Just make sure to change them regularly.
The refills last moderately long, there’s not much to complain about that here. However, there is something bad about the way they’re selling their refills – there are normally six flavors, apple, coffee, cherry, peach, menthol, and the default tobacco. While they all taste great, especially the coffee and apple flavors, only the last two are available at all strength levels – if you want some of the more exotic flavors, you’ll have to settle for a lower-strength cartridge – which effectively means less nicotine per hit. This is a big downside, as most other products already offer high-strength refill cartridges of varying tastes.
While the Gamucci e-cigarette doesn’t live up to the hype 100%, it’s still a good product and will definitely satisfy you for a good while if you need some high-quality smoke. However, the cost of the regular refills can easily put some people off, so be prepared for that if you don’t want to be surprised unpleasantly.
